Life happens when it happens!

Whether you have an appointment with your regular therapist in a couple of weeks or you’re not in therapy at all, single counseling sessions are for you.

Come once and maybe come again. They are designed for when you have a specific incident or topic you need to discuss, and you’re looking for a compassionate, non-judgemental listener to help you through the moment.

Something in your world is not OK

Request an appointment, check your email

Show up ready to explore (in person or online)

Leave with a plan and little more peace

Here are some things people show up at single sessions for:

  • You have a parenting conundrum

  • You just got some hard news

  • You had a big argument with someone you care about

  • Something stressful happened at work

  • You’re exhausted by caring for everyone else and need space for YOU

  • You’re grieving a loss: loved one, pet, relationship

  • You feel like your friends and family are tired of listening

  • You just got a new health diagnosis

  • You’re not sure how to support someone you care about

  • You’re having a hard time getting over something tough

  • You’ve got a big decision to make and need an unbiased listener

  • The anxious thoughts just won’t quit

  • You’re feeling uncomfortable in a relationship but not sure why

  • You need some help figuring out how to set better boundaries for yourself

  • You’re having a bad body image day
