Sometimes, you just need to talk to someone when you’re IN the moment

You need a place to unload, decompress, and find some clarity.

This is perfect for you if there’s one situation or problem you need support around. If you’re seeing another therapist for ongoing work, I am happy to coordinate care and with your consent, send over a session summary so your regular therapist can stay in the loop. If you’re not working with another therapist and want to, I can provide you with some referrals.

These sessions are NOT an emergency service or for when you are in danger of harming yourself or others. Please dial 988 or visit your local emergency room if that’s the case.

I do not bill insurance, but I do accept HSA/FSA cards for payment. Payment in full is required to confirm your appointment.
